🚚 Shipping within Austria

• Delivery time: 7-10 business days after processing (1-2 business days).

• Delivery: Directly to your address.

• Shipment tracking: You will receive a tracking number to view the shipping status at any time.

• Shipping costs: 5 €
  Free shipping: Shipping costs are waived for orders over €100.

🌍 International Shipping

• Delivery time: 7–15 business days after processing (1–2 business days).

• Delivery: Directly to your address or a DHL collection point.

• Shipment tracking: Including tracking number for full transparency.

• Shipping costs: €7 for international orders.

• Free shipping: Shipping costs are waived for orders over €100.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order under certain conditions.
📌 Returns & Exchanges

• Return period: 14 days after receipt of the goods.

• Conditions: The goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

• Exceptions: Hygiene products, personalized products and discounted goods are excluded from exchange.

💰 Refund

• After receiving and inspecting the return, a refund will be made to your original payment method.

• Processing may take up to 7 business days.
