General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded through the Yedomarkt online shop. The shop is operated by Yedomarkt, registered in Innsbruck, Tyrol, Austria. By placing an order, you accept these GTC in the version valid at the time of the order.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog presentation. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation via email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in euros (€) and exclude VAT in accordance with Section 6, Paragraph 1, Item 27 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG). Shipping costs may apply, which will be specified during the ordering process. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, or other payment methods listed in the shop.
4. Delivery and shipping
The delivery time will be specified individually during the ordering process and depends on product availability and the delivery location. You will be notified immediately if there are any delays. Shipping costs are displayed in detail during the ordering process.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Yedomarkt, Innsbruck, Austria) a clear declaration (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
6. Returns
In the event of a cancellation, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Returns must be sent to the address provided by us. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
7. Warranty and guarantee
Statutory warranty rights apply. We also offer a warranty on some products, the details of which are described with the respective items.
8. Liability
Yedomarkt is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations have been violated.
9. Data protection
Your personal data will be processed exclusively in accordance with our privacy policy. Further information can be found on our website.
10. Final provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain in effect. Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, Austria.
